General Return and Exchange Guidelines
·Hotblis wants you to be completely satisfied with your new item and offers a 14 day return or exchange policy on most items.
·To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
·Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable products:
·For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
·Opened underwear or lubricants
·It has been more than 14 days since I received the item
*Please note that some products may produce slight sounds or vibrations, which is considered normal.
quality assurance:
·We assure you that all our products are brand new, unused and in perfect condition when shipped.
·We do not ship products that have been opened or used by other customers.
·Our team conducts a thorough quality check to ensure that only brand new, unopened products are sent to our customers.
Return and Exchange Process:
·Please contact us first, customer service email: service@hotblis.com.
·We will provide a return address.
·Please include the order number, your email and the reason for the return or exchange on the return form and send it back to our warehouse along with your item.
·We will process your refund or exchange within 1-7 business days after we confirm receipt of your package.
PS: Please do not return the package to the address on the package without permission. Please contact us before returning the package to avoid unnecessary trouble. The shipping cost must be borne by you and includes customs clearance fees to avoid being detained by customs.
Return Request:
·Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging;
·The return address is the address notified by the customer service email: service@hotblis.com
·Please include your name, phone number, address, and a copy of your invoice/receipt.
Redemption requirements:
·Unshipped orders: Please contact customer service to replace your product. Customer service email: service@hotblis.com
·Signed for order: The product must meet the return criteria, please contact our customer service to obtain the return address.
Refund processing time:
·We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the customer’s refund application and reaching an agreement with the customer .
·Refunds will be made to the card you paid with. When you receive your refund depends on your payment method. (Paypal takes 24 hours and credit cards take 7-15 business days to show the refund).
Shipping fee:
·The postage depends on the logistics company in your area.
·Shipping charges, taxes, and insurance are not refundable.
·Hotblis is not responsible for any return or exchange costs.
